  2. Deposit crypto to fund your wallet
  3. Exchange for USDU to start trading
  4. Explore tokens or create your own

Is Unit Network free to use?

Core actions are free: transfers, staking, unstaking, and token creation. Exchange trades have a 2% fee and withdrawals have a 1% fee.

What blockchain is Unit Network built on?

Unit Network is a custom Layer 1 blockchain built on the Substrate framework by Parity Technologies — the same technology powering Polkadot and Kusama.

Is Unit Network decentralized?

Yes. Unit Network operates without central authorities. Token treasuries are immutable, exchanges are automated, and custody is decentralized through the vault system.

How is Unit Network different from Ethereum?

Instead of generic smart contracts, Unit Network uses purpose-built Substrate pallets optimized for the token economy — tokens, exchanges, treasuries, and staking are built into the blockchain runtime itself.

What is the native token?

UNITCOIN (Token ID 0) is the native utility token used for staking, vault collateral, governance, and backing other tokens.
